Stephanie Braun, DMD

Dr. Braun is a first generation dentist who grew up in Philadelphia and recently moved to the South Jersey area. She concentrated in Pre-medicine and Psychology at Thomas Jefferson University for her undergraduate studies.

Then went on to pursue dentistry at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she took on leadership roles at the school. As an avid athlete growing up, Dr. Braun always knew she wanted to get into a field that involved using her hands. Tie this into the dedication she has for the wellbeing of others, and dentistry checks off both boxes.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, dog, and cat at their home. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, spending time with family... and passionately rooting on Philly sports teams! Dr. Braun says that what satisfies her the most in the field of dentistry is getting to provide oral health services to the community and seeing the faces of patients when their smile is restored again!

Sarah Damico: Director of Operations | Dental Industry

Visionary healthcare leader, with over 25 years of experience in dental operations and practice management. Sarah currently serves as the Director of Operations at Omega Dental Care, overseeing the strategic and daily operational performance of multiple dental locations. Known for driving organizational growth, improving patient experience, and optimizing clinic efficiency, She brings a results-driven approach to modern dental practice management.

Sarah specializes in scaling operations, implementing systems to support clinical excellence, and developing high-performing teams. She has successfully led initiatives involving EHR implementation, multi-site expansion, staff development, and KPI-based performance tracking.

With a deep understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry, Sarah excels at building efficient systems that support outstanding patient care. Her leadership is defined by a hands-on, people-first approach—she is deeply passionate about seeing her team succeed and is committed to creating an environment where every team member is empowered to grow, lead, and thrive.

Outside of work, Sarah finds joy in spending time with her church family and leads her local youth group. She’s also a huge football fan and is currently writing her first book—a project close to her heart. Whether in the office or in her community, Sarah leads with integrity, heart, and a genuine desire to make a lasting impact.

Jennifer C: Dental Regional Manager

Jennifer C is an accomplished Dental Regional Manager of Omega Dental Care with 33 years of experience leading multi-site dental operations across diverse markets. Known for a strategic mindset and a passion for patient-centered care, Jenn excels in overseeing clinic performance, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to exceed business goals. 

Jenn grew up in South Jersey where she currently resides. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. An avid outdoors enthusiast, her favorite hobbies include crabbing and fishing — activities that reflect her love for nature and relaxation on the water.

JEN: Registered Dental Hygienist

Jen was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She completed and earned her Dental Hygiene degree at Camden County College in addition to obtaining her local anesthesia license.

She has served as Class Vice President and represented the Camden County College Dental Hygiene Program at The Professional Development Conference held in Edison, NJ

Jen truly loves working in dentistry and has a heart for every patient that she treats. She especially feels accomplished when she's able to help patients overcome previous negative memories of dentistry. She enjoys dental hygiene and prides herself in being gentle, yet thorough!

Jen and her husband Martin have two beautiful children that loves spending time together and going on family adventures! 

Stacie: Registered Dental Hygienist

Dedicated to promoting smiles and optimal oral health, Stacie is an accomplished dental hygienist with a proven track record in delivering compassionate care. 

With over 30 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to every patient interaction. Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Stacie is committed to making each patient’s dental visit a positive and educational experience. 

She takes the time to educate patients about the importance of oral health and collaborates with them to create personalized home care plans that promote long-term wellness. Recognizing the importance of ongoing education, Stacie actively pursues professional development opportunities. She attends conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene, always seeking to integrate new knowledge into her practice.
